Book an in-person or online individual session to do a guided breathwork session. This can also be combined with coaching or incorporated in a retreat at Volmoed in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Please enquire below.
Group session
Weekly Group breathing sessions are held online on Friday mornings from 6:30 till 7 am. We can also do an in-person group session in Hermanus or online for your group.
